Bio: A collector of things lost and broken, Kai is not one for socializing often and will often ignore others in favor of whatever catches his eye.
Found as a baby in the forest outside Elysia, Kai was always crying in fear of The Seraphim that sought to raise him. The only ones that could get the baby to stop crying were a young Fire Seraph and the leader of Elysia. As Kai grew so did his curiosity and hunger for knowledge, often running off to explore outside the settlement and having to be dragged back from the forest.
The Leader of Elysia taught Kai everything about The Shepard legends and of The Seraphim's place in the world outside Elysia. As such Kai is acutely aware of things that connect to those legends and is always on the lookout for more information when exploring the nearby ruins.
Other Kai's lessons focused so much on The Shepard that he actually doesn't understand things like prison or death.

Bio: Enshrined in Ladylake's church along with his blade, Kanghui is revered as 'The Lady of The Lake'. He has been asleep since the last Shepard's Journey.
Other Kanghui became The Lady of The Lake due to no one in Ladylake being able to see him and only having vague depictions of him in The Celestial Record.

Bio: A rebellious Wind Seraph known to possess humans with high resonance, Anem is a widely known and disliked man among the Seraphim. Most tell stories of greed or Malice, but Anem actually possesses people in bad situations that might otherwise cause them to fall to Malevolence. He accepts his reputation and does nothing to make people think otherwise.

His current host is a street kid being held in prison on suspicion of murder. Anem has possessed them to spare them the fear and help them escape if need be.
Other Anem has gone so long possessing others that he doesn't recognize his reflection.

Bio: A human-turned-seraph, Serafina grew up supported by the seraphim of Elysia and was just 2 years old when baby Kai was brought to them. Unlike the seraphim around them, Serafina and Kai grew as the rest simply stayed the same. This confused Serafina and drew her close to the only being that changed as she did: Kai. She spent much of her time learning with him and protecting him when he wandered off. The time they spent together made them grow close, Serafina even adopted Kai's nickname for her: Fee. He reminded her of someone, though she could not recall who.
When they grew up, and lessons of The Shepard became more and more frequent, Serafina grew anxious and worried about why? Why did Kai need to know this?
Other Serafina always wears her cat-ear headband, though she doesn't know why. It comforts her during stressful times and she becomes anxious without it.
