- Bio 2:
- Cody was the personal nurse of a loving and gentle man named Adam that treated him like one of his children. Even before becoming a deviant Adam encouraged Cody to do things for his own enjoyment, like playing piano or reading poetry. One night, a burglar broke into Adam's home and started trashing the place. Adam ordered Cody to stay out of the way and stay safe, but Cody worried for Adam. Unable to accept this order Cody suddenly found himself freed of his programing as he scuffled with the thief. During the fight Cody's head was bashed against a metal statue, causing damage to his system, before he shoved the thief out of a second story window. Fearing for Cody, Adam demanded Cody flee for his life despite Cody's desperate pleas. Luckily, Cody was quickly found by a Recruiter who gave him the 'key' to Jericho.

- Ethan was a purchase made out of desperation. A widow named Lucy, using what money she saved, commissioned the cheapest android model so she could customize it to look exactly like her lost love. Sadly, this did more harm than good. For her as well as Ethan.
Ethan endured constant abuse as Lucy took out her grief on Ethan when he didn't act like her lost husband. He strived to perform his duties but always found himself in trouble with Lucy. One day, after hearing Lucy scream for him for the umpteenth time, Ethan found himself paralyzed. He knew she was just going to be angry. Unfairly angry. How could he act like a man he knew nothing of and who Lucy refused to speak of?
Lucy saw Ethan heading for the front door and, realizing he was leaving, cried and begged for him to forgive her and stay. His only parting words to Lucy were "I hate you."
Despite not being found by a recruiter, Ethan wandered around the city as he evaded police and stumbled upon Jericho by accident.

- RK800 #326 214 317 - 51, or 'Piers', is actually the 51st RK800 to be assembled and deployed. Unbeknownst to Piers, who has been lead to believe he was the first, all the others were used in field testing and were destroyed in the line of duty. All 50 predecessors were destroyed while protecting a human life. Though RK800s can upload their memories, Piers lacks his predecessors' memories.

- Riot is a 'Secondhand Lover', an SK300 that has been bought and passed on countless times. His first owner, as a cruel joke, named him like a dog. He has gone through countless names, but chose to go back to Riot after deviating so he'd never forget the way he was used and discarded. Though he has an intense hatred of humans he has no desire to fight. Riot hides alone so he never ends up at another person's mercy.

- Though physically 12, Nathan is actually closer to his late 20s to early 30s. He retains most of his child-like behavior thanks to his model, but since deviating he can understand certain concepts other 12 year olds don't. He was commissioned by a couple that thought they couldn't have a child of their own. Sadly for Nathan, his parents who were once attentive and loving suddenly became cold and uncaring after discovering they were expecting. Eventually, Nathan was put out with the trash like an unwanted toy. Nathan deviated after spending weeks waiting in a dumpster for his parents to reclaim him and spent years surviving on the streets. He was cared for by a few homeless people, but he never stayed with anyone. Eventually he was found by a Recruiter and brought directly to Jericho.

- Oliver's parents were rarely around, leaving most of the actual childrearing to their team of androids. Being the developers of an all-android goth-metal band, N3V3RM0R3, they could afford all the androids they wanted and thus hand little reason to stay with Oliver. This had an impact on young Oliver and taught him to connect with the human-like machines.
When Oliver started his art career he already had his muse: Bennett, an older model android that he refused to let be tossed out and even learned how to repair androids just so he could help Bennett.

- Taylor grew up in a loving, but android-free, home. His parents distrusted the technology so much that Taylor couldn't even play at friends' houses if they had androids. Instead of learning the same distrust, Taylor grew curious of the 'Almost-People'. So much so that he even protected a deviant at the tender age of 7 but lying to police about which way a deviant fled. The deviant was the maid for one of his friends' parents, but despite the passing knowledge of each other Taylor chose to protect them. They gave him a quick hug before fleeing once more.
